Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is responsible for overseeing the planning process, carrying out the intent and requirements of the State planning grant, advising and consulting with the Fiscal Agent on employment, contractual or other fiscal decisions, drafting a response to the state’s RFP and ensuring readiness to operate a Family Care Managed Care Organization. The Steering Committee voting members are the Directors of the nine human service agencies in the seven counties.
Elected/Appointed Officials Committee
The Elected/Appointed Officials Committee is responsible for providing oversight to the Family Care development process until such time as the Managed Care Organization is established and the governing board appointed. Elected/Appointed Officials will recommend the governance structure, board composition, county board resolution content and governing board policies and operating procedures.
Care Management Committee
The Care Management Committee will develop the Care Management systems, standards and practices for Northeast Wisconsin Family Care. The Committee will address systems and processes for transitioning to Family Care and coordination of county and Family Care services.
