The Northeast Wisconsin Family Care organization will be established by County Board resolutions of the counties of Brown, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto and Shawano Counties. Northeast Wisconsin Family Care will be organized as a quazi-governmental unit called a long-term care district. Formal County Board resolutions to create the Northeast Wisconsin Family Care organization are expected to be considered by County Boards of Supervisors in approximately August of 2010.
